| 1. | No construction works or deliveries into the site in connection with the installation of PV panels to the subject building shall take place other than between the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 on Monday to Friday and 08.00 to 13.00 hours on Saturdays unless agreed in writing with the local planning authority.
Reason: In the interests of residential amenity. |
| 2. | This development must be carried out in accordance with the details submitted in the application including: Indicative design, Ordnance survey map, Plan Elevation Issue V1 and Front (south), side (east) and rear (north) elevations. |
| 3. | The London Borough of Havering would like to point out that the development is permitted by Class J subject to the conditions as specified within The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) at Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J. |
