| 1. | Prior to the installation of the solar PV equipment details of the impact of glare from the solar PV equipment on occupiers of neighbouring land shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The details shall demonstrate that the solar PV equipment shall minimise glare and not cause adverse reflected glare to surrounding Occupiers. Reason(s): To ensure there is no unacceptable impact on the residential amenity of surrounding occupiers (Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Policy D61, Draft Local Plan Policy 36. |

| 3. | The applicant is reminded that the development is permitted subject to the following conditions: (a) the solar PV equipment or solar thermal equipment must, so far as practicable, be sited so as to minimise its effect on the external appearance of the building and the amenity of the area; and (b) the solar PV equipment or solar thermal equipment is removed as soon as reasonably practicable when no longer needed. |
