1.Class J, Part 14 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) applies to the installation or alteration etc of solar equipment on non-domestic premises. No. 8 Broadway, Gidea Park comprises of a two storey detached dwelling, which is a domestic premises. Consequently, under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended), the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority is refused.
