1.Prior Approval is given in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the 2 rear car parking spaces, cycle storage and the refuse storage space shall be laid out in accordance to the approved plans/documents. One parking space shall be allocated to the future occupier(s) of the flat, with no flat individual flat being allocated with more than one parking space. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of surrounding properties and ensure minimal disruption of traffic in the locality.
3.Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the building(s) shall be so constructed as to provide sound insulation of 43 DnT,w + Ctr dB (minimum values) against airborne noise and 64 L nT,w dB (maximum values) against impact noise to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to safeguard against noise and protect the amenities of future occupants.
