| 1. | The proposed self-contained units would fail to demonstrate a suitably high quality living environment through gross internal floor areas that are shown to be below the minimum required for the prospective occupancy of the units and failure to demonstrate adequate headroom - MA 9(A)(a) and MA 9(A)(c). In the absence of any evidence otherwise the proposals fail to align fully with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. |
