| 1. | Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application. |
| 2. | Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the proposed refuse and recycling stores shown on Drawing No. 21064-GAA-XX-00-DR-T-2081 Revision C02 shall be provided and be permanently retained thereafter.
Reason:-
To protect the amenity of occupiers of the development and also the locality generally. |
| 3. | Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the proposed cycle store shown on drawing No. 21064-GAA-XX-00-DR-T-2081 Revision C02 shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. The cycle storage shall be permanently retained thereafter.
Reason:- In the interests of providing a wide range of facilities for non-motor car residents and sustainability. |
| 4. | The scheme to control noise and vibration, as detailed in the noise report provided by Sonic Element Ltd (revision 5, dated 21 March 2025) submitted with this application shall be implemented, as a minimum, before the hereby permitted use commences. Such a scheme as approved shall be implemented prior to first occupation and thereafter retained and maintained in accordance with such details
Reason: To protect the amenity of noise sensitive premises from environmental noise |
| 5. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. |
