| 1. | The proposal fails to meet the criteria set in paragraph MA.2. (a) under Class MA of Part 3 to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as amended with respect to transport "impacts of the development particularly to ensure safe site access". The proposals would provide no access to the first floor unit, and would be considered to make unsatisfactory cycle storage arrangement for unit 1, which would be contrary to the provisions of Policy 26 of the Local Plan 2021, Policy T5 of the London Plan 2021 and the Housing Design Standards LPG 2023. |
