| 1. | Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application. |
| 2. | The flats shall be insulated as to provide sound insulation of 43DnT, w + Ctr dB(minimum values) against the air bone noise and 4 L'nT,w dB (maximum values) against impact noise in accordance with the details which shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. Thereafter, the scheme shall be implemented in accordance to the approved details.
Reason:-
To prevent noise nuisance to the future occupiers of the site. |
| 3. | Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the details of the recycling and the refuse storage as well as the bicycle storage and details of a designated disabled parking bay shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall then be implemented in accordance to the approved details and shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason:-
In order to safeguard the amenities of surrounding residential properties and ensure minimal disruption of traffic in the locality and to ensure adequate provision of disabled parking onsite. |
| 4. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. |
