| 1. | Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application. |
| 2. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. |
| 3. | The development shall not be occupied until the refuse and cycle storage facility has been constructed in accordance with drawing S16/5858/01 and that entitled 'Bike & bin store 2' produced 02/02/18. This facility as shown on the plans and in accordance with the scheme provided shall be provided prior to first occupation and retained thereafter permanently.
Reason: In order that the development accord with LDF Policy DC33 and London Plan policy 6.9. |
| 4. | Before the development hereby permitted is occupied, arrangements shall be agreed in writing with the local planning authority and be put in place to ensure that, with the exception of disabled persons, no resident of the development shall obtain a resident's parking permit within any controlled parking zone which may be in force in the local area at the time.
Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of surrounding residential properties and ensure minimal disruption of traffic in the locality. |
