| 1. | The change of use from B1a (office) to C3 (residential) is subject to the condition that before beginning the development, the developer shall apply to the local planning authority for a determination as to whether the prior approval of the authority will be required. The proposed work has commenced with respect to the scheme providing 115 dwelling unit. This is against the provision for permitted development rights for prior approval notification endorsed in (Paragraph W) part 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the GPDO"), which specifies the necessary steps to be in place prior the commencement of the development and the submission of documents to the local planning authority. |
