1.Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
3.The extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the roof lights and first floor windows inserted on the front elevation have been fitted with obscure glazing to a minimum of Pilkington Level 3, and no part of those windows or rooflights which are less than 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which it is installed shall be capable of being opened. The rooflights and windows shall be maintained as such permanently thereafter. Reason - In the interest of privacy and to protect the amenity of the adjacent neighbours
