1.Prior Approval is given in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.Prior to the occupation of the development, with respect to this prior approval, the 10 car parking spaces, cycle storage and the refuse storage space shall be laid out in accordance to the approved plans/documents. The parking spaces shall be allocated to the future occupiers of the flats, with no flat individual flat being allocated with more than one parking space. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of surrounding residential properties and ensure minimal disruption of traffic in the locality.
3.You are informed that 10 rooms within the proposed development would not benefit from any form of windows. Had this been a planning permission, the scheme would have been refused because of lack of outlook and daylight. However, under prior approval regime such aspect of the development could not be considered. You are advised that a significant number of the proposed dwellings because of lack of natural daylight and outlook would create an oppressive environment for the future occupiers of the site and that they may not be in compliance with other legislations such as building control or environmental health.
