| 3. | The use shall not commence until one (1) enclosed and lockable cycle storage space is provided on-site in accordance with the details shown on drawing no. "17104-b". The cycle store shall be permanently retained thereafter.
Reason: to ensure sufficient on-site cycle storage is provided for future occupants. |
