| 1. | Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application. |
| 2. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. |
| 3. | The applicant is advised to have regard to possible air mitigation measures: - No gardens, roof terraces, balconies and other outdoor seating areas in areas of poor quality air; - Non-residenital usage of ground floor; - Use of Mechanical Ventialtaion heat Recovery (MVHR) system; - Inlets to ventilation systems located as high as practical above ground level, preferably at roof height. They should not be located where exhaust from energy plant will affect the quality of the inlet air. |
