| 1. | The development to which this consent relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | The works hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the works are carried out as approved. |
| 3. | Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, elevation and section drawings of the proposed doors between scale of 1:1 and 1:20 as appropriate shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The drawings as submitted shall show details of all hinges, locks and handles. The works as agreed shall then be carried out in strict accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing.

| 4. | The proposed replacement doors hereby permitted shall be of hard-wood construction and painted in Farrow and Ball - Mizzle as outlined in the statement accompanying this submission and the frame shall be white, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
