| 1. | The associated planning application (P0881.14) for the conversion and demolition works to buildings within the curtilage of the listed building has been refused planning permission. It would, therefore, be premature and unsupportable to grant listed building consent for a development for which planning permission has been refused. It would also contrary to Policy DC67 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Framework and the guidance in the National Planning Policy Framework. |
