1. | The proposed telecommunications mast, cabinets and ancillary development would - by reason of their siting and proximity to the boundary - appear as a dominant, visually intrusive and overbearing feature, harmful to the future residential amenity of adjoining occupiers. The proposal therefore fails to comply with the guidance and objectives of the adopted Rainham and Beam Park Masterplan and Planning Framework and contrary to Policies DC61 and DC64 of the LDF Core Strategy. |
2. | The proposed telecommunications mast, cabinets and ancillary development would - by reason of its scale and appearance - be harmful to the visual amenity of the area by providing an unacceptable addition to the street scene, not in accordance with the strategic ambitions of the adopted Rainham and Beam Park Masterplan and Planning Framework and contrary to Policies DC61 and DC64 of the LDF Core Strategy. |
