1.The proposed telecommunications apparatus would by reason of its siting and appearance, be harmful to the visual amenity of the area and contrary to landscaping proposals and the strategic ambitions of the Rainham and Beam Park regeneration projects envisioned within the adopted Rainham and Beam Park Masterplan and Planning Framework and contrary to Policies 2, 25 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan 2016-2031, in addition to the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policies D4 and SI 6 of the London Plan 2021.
2.The proposed telecommunications mast and cabinets would result in interference with planned visibility splays on the Somerfield site in this part of New Road harmful to highway safety contrary to Policies 2 and 23 of the Havering Local Plan, in addition to the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy T4 of the London Plan 2021.
