| 1. | The proposed telecommunications mast, cabinets and ancillary development would, by reason of their its siting, prevent the implementation of future pedestrian and cycle routes and prejudice the redevelopment of the Beam Parkway project, as set out in the Rainham and Beam Park Framework. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policies DC61 and DC64 of the Local Development Framework Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document, the Rainham and Beam Park Planning Framework and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
