| 1. | 1. The development must begin no later than the expiration of 5 years beginning with the date on which the approval was given.

| 2. | 2. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as below).

The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Notwithstanding the information contained on drawing no. 02A the development must make provision for the a minimum 2.0m effective width of the footway and the equipment cabinets hereby permitted to be retained and maintained per the supporting statement provided by the applicant received 23-12-2019.
Reason:-
In order to ensure that pedestrian movement is not impeded by the provision of equipment in this location, particularly with regards to the narrowing of the footway as evidenced on submitted plans and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC32. |
