| 1. | The proposed telecommunications monopole, equipment cabinets and ancillary development would by reason of their combined siting, height and design be detrimental to the established open character in this location and would form a prominent and visually intrusive feature in immediate views as well as those over longer distances through lack of adequate screening thereby contrary to Policies 25 (Digital Infrastructure) and 26 (Urban Design) of the Havering Local Plan 2016-2031, in addition to the provisions of the Framework and Policies D4 and SI6 of the London Plan 2021. |
