| 1. | The amendments sought to alter the approved pitch roof to flat with overhang and an increased scale of the approved cycle storage would materially affect the appearance, character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as non-material amendments. In addition, the proposed discharge of the previously attached green roof condition, cannot be discharged under the current proposal.
Therefore, the proposed amendments would require planning permission and a subsequent discharge of condition application. |
