| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and does not require resubmission of a fresh planning application or changes to conditions.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Change the boundary wall facing Dury Falls Close from a white rendered block wall with dark grey composite fencing panels above to red multi brickwork with dark grey detailing, omitting the dark grey composite fencing above.
2. Add a door to the side of the detached garage at the rear of the back garden facing the main dwelling. |
