1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: "the rear projections comprising the kitchen / dining / living rooms which have been changed from a highly glazed timber frame construction to brick / cavity / block walls with bi-fold doors. The amendment to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and would not constitute a material change to the appearance of the dwelling. A fresh planning application is not required. The applicant is informed that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing number listed on the application form, and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application P1189.20. The applicant is also informed that the planning permission reference P1189.20, expired on 31/01/2025, and unless there is a proof of evidence the development has commenced, a fresh planning application would be required.
