| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.

are deemed to be non material.
The proposal non material amendment include;
Reduction in the number, size, and position of the central inverters.
The number of inverters will be reduced from 15 to 14.
The inverter units have been reduced in size from containers with a footprint of 29.72 sqm to a smaller containerised solution with a footprint of 14.77 sqm.
There is a proposed amendment to the detail of the storage containers, from a 40ft container to smaller 20ft version.
The replacement of the perimeter weld mesh with deer fencing
Reduction in the number of CCTV cameras on the Site from 156 in the as-approved layout to 121
