| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P0076.23 dated 20/03/2023 to allow for the increase of the building height by 500mm is not acceptable.
Reason:
The amendments sought are considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the change would alter the appearance, scale and bulk in design terms and its contribution to the wider street scene.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
