1.The requested non-material amendment to the planning permission P1481.22, dated 01/11/2022, to extend the garage frontage in line with the approved front porch, convert the garage to a hobby room/gym and alter the roof of the proposed rear dormer to flat to allow further solar panels to be installed represent a material change to the previously approved scheme, which requires planning permission in its own right. The alterations cannot therefore be regarded as a minor amendment in this instance due and the submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case.
