| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1716.23 dated 18-01-24 to allow for amendment to front roof plane, removal of small gables above first-floor windows, and addition of two dormers to the second floor is not acceptable.
Reason:
The amendments sought are considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as the dormers would alter the appearance, scale and bulk of the front elevation development in design terms and its contribution to the wider street scene.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
