| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendment is deemed to be accepted:
1. Reduction in size of sunken patio at rear on either side as shown on revised drawing.
2. Reduction in size of lower ground floor rear extension adjacent to No.54 Deyncourt Gardens.
3. Size and design of patio door on lower ground floor rear elevation amended.
4. Internal layout changes do not require planning consent but may require building control consent.
5. Height of parapet wall on front elevation adjacent with neighbour's garage at No.58 lowered. |
