1.The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: 1. Reduction in size of sunken patio at rear on either side as shown on revised drawing. 2. Reduction in size of lower ground floor rear extension adjacent to No.54 Deyncourt Gardens. 3. Size and design of patio door on lower ground floor rear elevation amended. 4. Internal layout changes do not require planning consent but may require building control consent. 5. Height of parapet wall on front elevation adjacent with neighbour's garage at No.58 lowered.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and annotated on drawing number 07124_186_PA02 Revision A and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0292.17.
