| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
*Internal layout changes (location of ground floor WC and first floor bathroom/room partitions
* Canopies over front doors altered
*Siting of cycle and refuse storage
*Addition of external ASHPs to each property (provided that they are designed to comply with Microgeneration Installation Standard: MCS 020 along with the full requirements of Schedule 2 Part 14 Class G of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015).
*Minor external landscape changes -extent of front driveway reduced/landscape planting increased/driveway levels added, boundary walls and fences amended - frontage boundary wall and railing/driveway gates omitted.
* Bollards added to woodland frontage to prevent vehicle access
