| 1. | The amendments to the approved application (P1940.17) listed below are considered to be of a sufficiently minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. After considering the relationship with No.10 Heaton Way with an adjoining rear extension and given the generally central location of the proposed roof lantern upon the flat roof, it is deemed that no adverse impact will be imposed on the amenity of the neighbouring property.
The following amendment are deemed to be accepted:
- Addition of a 2m x 1m Roof Lantern to the proposed single storey rear extension. |
