1.The amendments to the approved application (P1940.17) listed below are considered to be of a sufficiently minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. After considering the relationship with No.10 Heaton Way with an adjoining rear extension and given the generally central location of the proposed roof lantern upon the flat roof, it is deemed that no adverse impact will be imposed on the amenity of the neighbouring property. The following amendment are deemed to be accepted: - Addition of a 2m x 1m Roof Lantern to the proposed single storey rear extension.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the changes of the addition of a roof lantern. Changes are shown on drawing number HT-PL-001 Revision A (Existing_&_Proposed_PlansAnd_Elevations). No other deviation from the approved drawings is permitted. Furthermore, this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1940.17.
