1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: Non-material minor amendment to application P1652.15 (APP/B5480/W/17/3180949) - alterations to fenestration height on elevations B, C, D, F and H as shown on elevation drawings 18-0501- 600 Rev A and 18-0501-601 Rev A in addition to the provision of new door opening to Elevation B. Alterations to site layout altering parking arrangement on drawing no. 18-0501-602. The following amendments are noted to be shown on submitted drawings and are not considered to be of a minor nature. They are shown on the above plans for completeness and will be considered separately under application P0416.19: - Alterations to roof geometry - Provision of new door opening to Elevation A
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items described above and shown on the above drawing numbers and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. It is noted that alterations to the roof geometry and the provision of an additional door to Elevation A are shown on submitted plans, however are shown only for completeness. They are the subject of a separate application, P0416.19. The above amendments does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1652.15 (APP/B5480/W/17/3180949).
