| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1) To allow for the inclusion of a retaining wall structure along two sides of the application site boundary adjacent to the new building.
2) Adjustments to the approved planting strategy incident with the new retaining wall structure.
3) Minor adjustments to the as-built position of the approved building footprint.
4) Inclusion of secure boundary treatments (fence & gate) to the sides of the property.
5) Proposed repositioning of all cycle parking associated with the development.
6) Adjustment to the positioning of of the refuse & recycling store.
7) Minor adjustments to the size & format of the glazing & insulated cladding panels. |
