| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be non-material and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
Removal of decorative chimney pots from terraces detailed on drawings: 16-378 - G310 Rev C2; 16-378 - G311 Rev C2; 16-378 - G410 Rev C2 & 16-378 - G411 Rev C3
Increase of window sill heights to flats detailed on drawing: 16-378 G210 Rev C1
The non-material amendments to the site layout hereby approved only relate to the plans listed in the decision notice of P1419.15 and referred to in condition 2 of that permission. This is not a reissue of the original planning permission and the reminder of the original conditions will continue to apply. The two documents should be read together. |
