| 1. | This approval relates solely to the non-material amendments authorised under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and shall be read in conjunction with planning permission ref. P1150.24 granted on 18 December 2025.
Except where amended by the plans approved under this decision, all approved plans, conditions, obligations and informatives attached to planning permission ref. P1150.24 shall continue to apply and remain in full force and effect.
The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans under planning permission ref. P1150.24 as amended by the plans approved pursuant to this Section 96A decision. |
