| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - To allow for changes to the previously approved front boundary wall and gates by changing the materials from solid gates to railing gates, the addition of one more pier, moving pedestrian gate and the use of red stock brick which is more in keeping with the area. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on the revised plan 18-059/03 Revision L received on 30th April 2025 and the application form made valid on 03rd April 2025 in respect to altering the solid gates to railing gates, the addition of one more pier and moving pedestrian gate and the use of red stock brick which is more in keeping with the area and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0169.24. |
