1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and do not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: 1. Replacement of communal lobby screens on floors 1-14 of Kipling & Dryden Towers with new powder coated aluminium windows incorporating electronically operated automatically opening ventilation (AOV) louvres for the control of smoke in the event of a fire (14 to the front elevation and 14 to the rear elevation of each block, 28 to each tower, 56 in total). 2. Replacement of balcony flooring with Vulkem Quick liquid waterproofing in lieu of the Prokol system and Sika coating for balustrade decorations.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above on the given drawing nos. and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference - P1804.19. It is noted that Building Control have separately given their consent for "Replacement windows on all fats within the building and new AOV system to stair lobbies" subject to the installation, testing, & commissioning certificate being provided when works are complete.
