| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and do not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Replacement of communal lobby screens on floors 1-14 of Kipling & Dryden Towers with new powder coated aluminium windows incorporating electronically operated automatically opening ventilation (AOV) louvres for the control of smoke in the event of a fire (14 to the front elevation and 14 to the rear elevation of each block, 28 to each tower, 56 in total).
2. Replacement of balcony flooring with Vulkem Quick liquid waterproofing in lieu of the Prokol system and Sika coating for balustrade decorations. |
