| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1 - Increase the block entrance canopies;
2 - Plant and cycle stores louvered doors updated to full louvre design;
3 - Grill and louvre changes;
4 - Install transom and fanlights to communal lounge doors;
5 - Relocate block C dry riser;
6 - Changes to from vertical louvres to horizontal louvres;
7 - Block D terrace area reduced by 5 square metres (one flat ground floor). |
