| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: the replacement of the currently approved phasing plan (GML drawing 2503/PH01A) and the proposed phasing plan (GML drawing 2503/PH01 B), to carry out part of the site preparation in phase I. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above and as illustrated on drawings cited above. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original application reference Ref. P2246.07 dated 14/12/2009. |
