| 1. | Material alteration from the previously approved planning permission under P1153.16.
- The reduction of the height of the roof above the approved two storey rear/side extension with the introduction of a roof dormer which was not approved under the previously approved planning permission mentioned above, is considered to materially affect the character and nature of the development.
Therefore the alterations cannot therefore be regarded as a non material amendment in this instance, and the submission of a separate planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
