1.The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendments are deemed to be accepted: 1. Substation and switch room incorporated (to rear of building, adjacent to Wilson Close); 2. Staircase layout amended (adjacent to Wilson Close) to accommodate substation and switch room; 3. Commercial unit 3 refuse storage re-located from rear of building to commercial yard; 4. Secondary entrance to hotel re-arranged, external ramps adjusted, cycle store, refuse and plant spaces re-organised. Door opening locations adjusted accordingly; 5. Window omitted to south elevation to accommodate relocated refuse storage.
2.The permission hereby granted does not supercede the previously imposed conditions or the terms of legal agreement.
