| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1) Internal alterations to create ground floor shower room, omission of ensuite and formation of study room/larger 3rd bedroom.
2) Alterations to external elevations specifically removal of one window at first floor level and side door at ground floor level and provision of frosted glass window at ground floor to serve the proposed shower room. |
