| 1. | The amendments sought to alter the existing parking arrangement to the forecourt of unit 1 of the approved semi-detached property on site are considered to materially affect the appearance, character and nature of the development previously approved and cannot be regarded as a non-material amendment as it would further impact on the amenity of occupiers at unit 1 of the approved scheme. Furthermore, the extension to the exisitng vehicular crossover would require planning permission.
The submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
