| 1. | The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Amendments to replace an approved drawing number (AL) 10 A 00 10 Rv.01 (Temporary access and service routes for detailed area) with drawing number RVG-ATP-A-02-DR-A-10020 Rev 1 (Temporary Access and Service Routes for Detailed Area). Furthermore, this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0615.21. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 1. RVG-ATP-A-02-DR-A-10020 Rev 1 (Temporary Access and Service Routes for Detailed Area); 2. Covering Letter dated, 3 December 2024 and 17 June 2025; and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore, this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0615.21. |
