| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P0800.20 which was allowed under appeal reference APP/B5480/W/20/3262133 dated 29/04/21, to provide an additional "velux" roof window above the hallway and bedroom 5 to Plot 1 and an additional "velux" roof window above the hallway to Plot 3 represents a material change to the previously approved scheme, which requires planning permission in its own right, due to privacy concerns and the comments within the appeal decision.
The alteration cannot therefore be regarded as a minor amendment in this instance, and the submission of a fresh planning application is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
