| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. The following amendment is deemed to be accepted: - Change of lantern type roof-lights to flat roof-lights on rear extension. This involved the removal of triple pitched roof lanterns and replacement with flat roof-lights. - Reduction in size of originally approved side extension. Part of the side extension to the rear of the garage has been omitted and as the extent of the pitched roof has been reduced as well. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawing numbers 12FA/03 Revision K, 12FA/04 Revision l & 12FA/05 Revision K which was received on 02/06/25 and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P0846.24. |
