1. | The amendments to the approved application listed in the report are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and will not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
a) The cornered wall was moved slightly to the west, so that the services would be positioned outside of the school wall boundary. It was logical for these services to be positioned outside of this boundary to prevent the need to request access through the school for maintenance resources
b) To reflect the movement of the wall, the gate was given additional space to the east to allow sufficient clearance.
c) To also reflect the repositioning of the wall the tree which was positioned adjacent to the gate has been relocated to the cycle storage location within the southern side of the MUGA.
d) An External Store, referenced as '8. External Storage B91.330' on the Landscape Layout Plan, is relocated from the south of the hard play area to the south of MUGA.
e) Relocation of the eastern MUGA entrance from the north end of the eastern edge to the southern corner of the eastern edge to accommodate EV charging infrastructure
f) Change to MUGA gate entrance colour
g) Amendment to the planting bed at the southeastern corner of the site to support the rerouting of the district heating line.
h) Addition of roof plant acoustic enclosures above main hall roof to elevation drawings.
I) Addition of district heating plant intake metal box by eastern facing nursery door.
j) The district heating plant room door is moved off-centre to accommodate proposed change 6 (above).
k) Adjustment in window/vent swing orientation. It is proposed that the swing orientation of the windows be changed to being top hung
l) Minor mullion/transom amendment to the windows at the south elevation adjacent to to kitchen entrance.
m) Change in external signage from aluminium to stainless steel.
n) Change from sawtooth brick panel to stack bond to south/east elevation to reflect the approval of Q0150.23
