| 1. | The amendments to the approved application listed below are considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in their own right and do not require resubmission of a fresh planning application.
The following amendments are deemed to be accepted:
1. Alterations to proportions of bi-fold doors at ground floor level
2. Altered window proportion at first floor
3. Alterations to point where dual pitched roofs to the rear intersect

| 2. | Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing nos. D033 Rev C, D034 Rev C, D035 Rev B the provision of roof-lights in the locations shown is not considered to represent a non-material minor amendment to the scheme and there would be a reasonable expectation that neighbouring properties would be consulted and that these details would have been present on earlier drawings. Whether these changes to the scheme were incorporated using permitted development rights at a later date, were this applicable, would not be a consideration at this stage. This element of the alterations shown cannot be regarded as non-material and requires a fresh application for planning permission (or S73 application). |
| 3. | The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the items detailed above on the given drawing nos. and not to any other deviation from the approved drawings. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1227.20 |
