1.The amendment to the approved application listed below is considered to be of a minor nature and acceptable in its own right and not require resubmission of a fresh planning application. 1. Change to the description of development of P1868.20 from 'Change of use from a single family dwelling to shared accommodation for up to 3 unrelated people between the ages of 16 to 21 years old with provision for external staff providing support care' to 'Change of use from a single family dwelling to shared accommodation for up to 3 unrelated people between the ages of 0 to 18 years old with provision for external staff providing support care'.
2.The applicant is advised that this amendment relates solely to the item detailed above and the details provided in emails between them and the case officer dated 02/07/2024 and the submitted supporting statement and not to any other deviation. Furthermore this amendment does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1868.20.
