| 1. | The requested non-material amendment to planning permission P1715.16 dated 11-05-17 to allow for the removal of condition 16 cannot be undertaken as a non material minor amendment as it requires a separate application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to remove the condition and therefore represents a material change to the previously approved scheme.
The request cannot therefore be regarded as a minor amendment in this instance, and the submission of a fresh planning application to remove the condition is therefore deemed necessary in this case. |
